X-Reflow306 LF-ACH
The X-Reflow306 LF-ACH was developed in response to a customer's request. They needed to perform heat treatment of an aluminum part with a height of 3.2 inches. A taller heating chamber was built to accommodate the part.
Due to the significant increase in the heating chamber's volume, as well as the weight of the heated object exceeding the design limits for previous ovens, the time from a cold start to 220 deg. C. increased. A graph of the temperature rise is shown below. The heated object inside was an aluminum structure with a 1500 diameter and 3.2 inches height.
